• Lines of Credit from $500,000 to $15,000,000.
• We fund individual leases up to 100% ACV in minimum tranches of $30,000.
• We charge a $100 documentation and processing fee per loan origination.
• We use simple interest and our rates are Prime plus approximately 800 basis points.
• The dealer carries the asset and LHPH Capital holds 1st lien on the title.
