• Lines of Credit from $500,000 to $20,000,000.
• We fund individual leases up to 100% ACV.
• We charge a $125 documentation and processing fee per loan origination.
• Our rates are Prime plus approximately 750 basis points.
• The dealer carries the asset and LHPH Capital holds 1st lien on the title.

DEALER REQUIREMENTS

We take into consideration the whole picture when partnering with dealerships as each operation is unique. We typically look for some kind of collections experience and 2-3 years in business, however we are open to discussing a line of credit opportunity to see if we would be the best fit as your financial partner.
